and depressing too. so far found 2 places within what i currently pay for my half of a flat with the ex i expect both to be fucking miniscule, (one of em doesnt even have interior pics, the other opens with the line "Need it all under one roof? this studio flat...") but unless i wanna sleep on the living room floors of various family members forever i guess i gotta bite the bullet at some point. gonna involve a shitload of overtime at work, woop-de-fucking-doo. break-ups suck, FACT.

When we moved from Durham to Newcastle - that was a stressful time... We were patient and thorough and we ended up with an ideal place which was cheap too.

We spent too much time looking at tiny yet expensive flats and ended up with a floor of a 3-story Victorian house.
