Ash, when I had my jaw broken it was chucked out of crown court due to lack of evidence but I still got £4,000 off the CICB.

i got headbutted several times whilst at school (i was 15).

some tit got a big crowed together to start a fight. i knew this was all happening and said i wouldn't fight back but get him done for ABH (which i did).

he headbutted me three times on the nose (it never broke) and punched me twice. i stood there, took it, spat blood in his face and walked off.
He was pretty shocked (as was 99% of the school that was watching) that i just stood there and let it happen.

i got one black eye which appeared the following day but that was it.
