I've been asked to help a teacher on an ICT exam question...can anyone help??

Explain how ICT systems are being used or could be used in each of the following areas:

- Waste Reduction
- Refuse Collection
- Public Transport
- Energy Usage
- Pollution
- Conservation.

We use a CFMS (Computer Facilities Management System) at work that handles all of the requirements you need, including utilities management for the monitoring of energy usage/saving etc.
