Now deemed to be Operations Manager!! If there is any fly in the ointment it has to be the continued employment of the ex-Diamandis crew (Lambert and Gary). I wonder if there was a clause in the takeover that they remained for a fixed period of time? Lambert has not exactly set the world on fire with his marketing skills and we all know Sandy's limitations!!

I'm sure it's a case of what Fred said.
I'm sure she can be put to some use if there are competent people around to keep an eye on her. I doubt they'll be offering her a Zeppelin and the skies of Swindon.

They would need some form of financial continuity to bring the accounts up to some form of semblance
They are hardly going to give her the FD role (nor any other role with a financial implication)
There would be uproar, and I am sure that HMRC are still keeping a watching brief over the situation
Like I said fella's...................chill

Somebody called Steve Holborrow is now Finance Manager along with two assistants. We now have a club secretary, so what does an operations manager do? Perhaps she is in charge of sweeping up and tea making!

I'd be more worried if Sandy was an operations manager in the NHS....it'd be a like a scene from MASH.
