A top 5 is impossible but might I recommend the Sherbert Bears you can get at ASDA (3 bags for £1 no less). They're fantastic.

Acid Drops, Nerds and Fizzballs are pretty good. And they help improve your whistling by rotting your teeth of course so extra sound escapes through the corners.
