I drove to teh link from westlea tonight, I picked up a mate from Westlea to.  It may ruin the environment but then walking around west swindon may result in me getting stabbed or losing my wallet.  Id still drive at £2 a litre

Stabbed in west swindon? I thought it was a decent area?

Well if it was just 1p then that would be k.

Back in Oct 2006 the price was about 88p.  Thats a 12p jump, so thats an extra £4.20 for a 35 litre tank.  This is just one week, 52 weeks in the year, thats £218.40.

So it is quite a big rise.

Below is where i got the info from Smiley

Trains can be quite cheap these days if you buy right, the Cheltenham game cost £3 return at one point.

Strange how so many people get so irritated by the price of petrol but then go out and buy cars that do 10 miles to the gallon.  Personally I'd abolish the car tax itself and just stick that on petrol as well, that way people can make a choice about how much to spend.
