I think the tenuous Yvette Fielding link has something to do with a TV show called Ghost Hunters which she presents (or at least used to).
.

Its called Most Haunted

Your right, why did I think it was called that?Huh?? Dumb shit (me that is.... )

Probably because the American rip-off version which is on SciFi all night is called Ghost Hunters....

I was at the cinema so no idea if anyone called.  I'm not massively child friendly as they just annoy me so much however some did look quite cute all dressed up.

I went out to the woodlands edge to avoid it, although I took my nephew last year which was good fun... My mum normally buys loads of stuff for the kids, we have quite a lot around here but she wasn't in either so our house was a bit naff this year.

We didn't get many last year, and we were going out at about 7, so I bought a big tin of Celebrations, and one of Quality Street (on offer in tesco, 2 for £10) and thought we'd have loads of nice chocolates to scoff for the next few weeks.

However, the little buggers came out in force, and by the time we had to go out early to make sure we still had some chocolate left. I'm sure all the different groups were meeting in the middle of the street to tell eachother how number 55 were giving out loads of nice stuff.

I didnt have any proper trick or treaters last night - about half eight I could see gang of about 8 lads in hoodies stood on my drive trying to find the front door (our only door is right round the back) they eventually wandered round and banged on the patio door but none of them were dressed up so I polietly told them to go away but they tooks ages to go and were loitering around out the front for ages and I had to open the window and ask them again to go - I saw some of them had boxes of eggs and I was really worried they were going to come back and egg our cars/house - It was actually a bit horrible - I can kind if see why old people hate Halloween.

I thought I had got out of the ghettos when I moved out of Calne   :|
