I don't have confidence either. What they need is someone to inspire, motivate and give hope to the whole club. A bit like Luggy (and Wise) did for our players and fans. I guess such managers don't grow on trees though.

Roeder seems to have a bit of the Gormans about him. Nice guy but...

In fairness Gorman learnt from it and seemed to come good at Wycombe before his personal problems. So maybe Roder will too.

I agree Dachauer hes a really nice bloke but a very very poor manager, ask any West Ham fan!

No there is no fucking excuses for digusting behaviour like that, pathetic.

I met him when he was at QPR and he is one of the nicest men in football with time for everyone, but I am afraid I dont think he will cut the mustard at the home of mustard Norwich!
