How were they going to "sell" the CG land (including the athletics track and cricket pitch) for housing to pay for the new stadium? It wasn't theirs and still isn't.

Bowden has been here a year(?) and has done exactly fuck all about anything with regards to the stadium.

All he has done, is make a total fool of himself by claiming there were all in his head.
