that's not bad for a temp job, it's way above the usual minimum wage. that'll pay the bills for 3 months and a bit extra.

nah £300k isn't average, they're in a 7 bedroom house. its a fucking mess and they have about 10 people living there at any one time. the kitchen stinks, is full of fly corpses and has a rat.

i think house prices in the area are about the national average, maybe slightly lower.

i've been looking 2 bed terraces in golden triangle go for between 120 - 140, i'd probably get a 120 one and do it up a bit on the cheap.

GT is a good investment because when you're ready to move you can make quite a bit from renting if you can keep it on. upmystreet.com say the average house price for NR2 is £200k. Tis probably the nicest central area of norwich i know, it votes green and has good primary schools. 3 or so big parks nearby too, the anglians seem to love their green.

east anglia is great, its like a different world with all the freaks and their norfolk ways

i know, it's fun to laugh, but don't point, they hate it.

£200k might be average but i'm looking low end 2 bed terraces. fuck the schools, i haven't got any kids and i'm not expecting any in the next 5 years minimum!

my masterplan is to rent out every house i buy and then sell them all when house prices turn / i reach 35. i think i need more though, i only own one at the moment.

parks are good, i like green stuff.
