The Conference office have informed the club it will be allowed to enter the Blue Square Premier for the new season.

Crawley Town have been advised by the Football Conference office that the deadline imposed upon us for completion of the CVA of May 12th 2007 does not stand.

This rule applies to clubs in Administration, which as from November 2006, Crawley Town were not. Thus we have been informed that Crawley Town FC will be eligible to join the Football Conference/Blue Square Premier for the 2007/08 season.

Both the club and Begbies Traynor continue to work hard to ensure completion of the CVA.

Presumably this couldn't happen to us, we aren't in administration either.

The question of the -10 points hasn't been answered though. Besides wich even if we were to renegotiate without fine we'd still need to find about 100K a year on top of what we already lose.

Willie carson and the rest of the board (if you can call them a board) need lining up and shooting. Other wise it will be swindon town fc dead and burried. Iwould rather see those idiots dead and burried. We all need to get behind the trust and Bill Power.
If twat willie is still in charge next season we will be starting with that 10 point deduction and going down.  :fu:

Welcome cider monster  Cool  We have no need to panic as yet, lets see if talks collapse over the NDA first and if they do then we will hit them all guns blazing.  If they do choose the sensible option and sign then things should move relatively quickly and we could have Bill Power in ready to drive a promotion push for the championship  Beers

It does go right just look at last weekend promotion was class.  At the moment we are not aware of talks collapsing so fingers crossed the NDA could still be signed and Power could be here at the helm for pre-season and things would be looking FANtastic  Cheesy

Stated in the accounts. They cannot pay the CVA. Not a re-story from Ed, this is 'new, old news'.
