Knocking Blair is dead easy at the moment, just like knocking Fatbury or Pook it would seem, but those of us with slightly longer memories would agree with Reg's take on things!   floghorse

yeah because he has fucked up the NHS, taken us to a dodgy war in Iraq that has cost a fair bob or two. not to mention the pension's going to pot. the economy on the brink of collapse? maybe not but i dont think it would take much. interest rates are already getting higher....

  The war in Iraq is a complex issue....its hard to imagine any other PM, certainly not one to the right , not siding with an American president when he came knocking.  Of course the last Labour government to stick two fingers up to America....was Harold Wilson's back in the 60's but that by comparison to New Labour was a government of the centre left..

 Interest rates have been remarkably stable  since Gordon Brown allowed teh bank of England to set them.

My hatred for Blair has nothing to do with previous governments. The government now have not done their job and neither has Blair. I doubt it will ever change but hey ho, doesn't stop the hating

I remember growing up in the "Thatcher Years". Remember her government, or the remnants of it, took us into the first Gulf War. And Poll Tax.

On that basis I like Tony Blair, even if he is a slimy cuntish middle-class lawyer masquerading as a socialist. Like most politicians, he's in it for himself, despite what he and all the rest of the lying cunts wish you to believe.
