Any Swindon Town fans want to play/watch games in Argentina?

This is a serious posting. A group of veteran Swindon Town fans have been playing abroad for more than 20 years. We're crap (and we know we are) but we enjoy the social side of the sport.

Previous destinations include Bangkok (3 or 4 times); Amsterdam; Hong Kong; Brazil and Vietnam. You can read about us in an article I wrote for the Observer newspaper if you do a Google search for Wild Westerners Vietnam.

We're going to Argentina and Uruguay for 10/11 days in October 2008. Let me know if you are interested and I'll send you full details. Some of us will be in the Tap & Barrel before Saturday's game.

Cost of trip will be just over £1,000. We'll be seing Boca Juniors play at home in Buenos Aires and watching a big game in Montevideo. We'll play 2 or 3 matches on tour, depending on the size of our squad (i.e. numbers hot waist sizes).

For those worried about their other (better) halves - my wife will be taking a WAGs trip to New York, New York for four nights at the same time as our Latin trip.
