Been sick since Thursday lunchtime, had the runs and spewiness. This came to a head at Thursday at about 7pm when both occured at the same time (Thank goodness my bath is right next to the toilet!!). Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I haven't eaten now since Thursday 12.30 and haven't been sick for almost 24 hours although I still had the runs at about 8 o'clock last night, do you think it is safe for me to try and eat now? I think my stomach is yearning food but I am not sure.   Sad

I have had 3 bits of bread and butter and a cup of coffee, nothing coming back up so far!!  Beers

No danger of me sitting next to you! Bit too far for me to come for the game!
