Got to sort myself out a new mobile phone. Anyone got any special deals/tips they can give me? I need lots of texts and probably around 100 mins a month, and a phone that can phone people! Not too bothered about cameras etc

I have a LG chocolate, very basic phone that looks good too, the workings internally are Nokia, and it's easy to use.  The camera and mp3 are basic but work.  My package with orange through phones for you is 18months but for the first year it's half price when you sent a form back, after the year you can reduce to a lower traif if necessary until contrat expiry.  I get 500 any time mins and 500 text for £35 a month which is only £17.50 for the first year.  I think this is pretty good really.

I've got the chocolate and its the worst phone ever! So unreliable. Random messeages and ringing people (Bennett will tell you if he makes it back) without me knowing.

My advice is shop around.

Cheers guys. Actually gave 3 a ring and they've given me 16 months half price on the price plan I already use (with the same number) without any silly cashback shenanighans, and a new phone. Happy days!
