It's a blend of Grenache and Syrah (Shiraz in the new world) grape varieties.

Probably a spicey red berry jobby with a hint of vanilla to the nose. Should be pretty tasty.

I can't find my cork screw. I think the pixies ate it. oooh.. penknife to the rescue!! yey!

I'm having a mini celelbration. unfortunately, earlier I ate all the camembert. I wish I wasn't so selfish, or could go back in time or something.

Meh.

Aaaahhhh, a Shiraz Grenache. Somewhat unknown combination, but truly wonderful (I'm somewhat partial to a nice Shiraz). Can you get Yellow Tail (Australian) in the UK - if so, they do a wonderful Shiraz Grenache at a very reasonable cost.

Winemaker's notes
A classic Aussie blend of the peppery qualities of the Shiraz complementing the upfront cherry flavors of the Grenache. The two varieties come together in a balanced wine with earthy tones, strawberry aromas and vibrant acidity.
