Looking at getting this? only cheap for home?

Needs to have big sound memory but I have no idea....

Laptop looks ok for a cheap one. Wouldn't use it for graphic intensive stuff though.

Also 'sound memory' - Do you mean memory (RAM) or do you mean a sound card? I wouldn't worry about that too much, you can get a better one to go in the pc card slot in the side of the laptop (PCMCIA slot). For example:

But the onboard sound should be fine unless you want dolby/thx or anything like that.
