They seem rather glum, I wonder why

On a serious note though, that will be a huge blow to them, definitely will finish outside of top six this season as not as good a squad as previous years. They remind me somewhat of us at the start of last season.

"Marvellous, selling yet another youngster, and no replacement signed. wonderful. I think we aint got a very ambitious board. they musta known Cotts would go, so why wasnt someone got in??? Please fer Cotts like, but good old City stiched agin!!"

Isn't he the chavvy cunt that scored against us at ashton gate last year? Didn't really stand out to me from what I can remember... I can't remember much from that day, though...if you get my drift. Smiley

Not only that, but they've finally got around to releasing Grunt Smith:

Cheesy  Sour grapes on their forum about Ince too. Saying he would make a better steward. Just bitter because ashton gate is falling apart.

if we had got 2 million for an 18 year old striker who is not even yet proven himself at league one level then id say with 2 million quid in the bank, city are not falling apart!

but they are worried if they will spend any of the money come jan!

the only reason why wigan have paid 2 million for him was because of his performance on sky tuesday. He was brilliant in that game and paul jewell was prbably watching heard he is a talent and put a big bid in.

Is that the only reason Johno?  Is it?  Is it really?

I'd be over the moon to receive and accept such a bid, £2m?Huh?  That's crazy money, he doesn't even stand out at League 1 level.

Sounds to me like teams in the prem are almost panick signing less proven players.  DJ Campbell is one example (obviously before relegation), also Sodje to Reading.
