I always thought if we could sort out his attitude and his fitness levels he could have been a fantastic player for us.  He certainly had his moments in a town shirt.  And of all the players who left when he did, Dukesy, Hewlett, Igoe, Smith etc, he certainly has had the most success.

On the Championship on Sunday morning, the commentator said that Michael Macindoe scored Howards goal!

I found it most amusing. No credit for chubski.

The Championship on ITV said Michael McIndoe scored it... Made me laugh abit... I wonder if he got up especially to watch it! That would piss me off anyway.

*NOTE*

I fully acknowledge that it's unlikely any professional footballer would ever get up at 11am on a sunday un less it involved training!

Close.
Some bits missing would tell a different story "... he thought he was too good for us,  but he was just fat and short, and that's why he spent so much time in the undergrowth like a paedo scratching himself with thorns" Wink

I haven't seen it but have heard it was good.
Howard was great when he first joined us and then seemed to get lost somewhere along the way.

Perhaps under Wise he would have flourished with fitness and commitment playing a big part?
