My Limewire is being a bitch and keeps refusing to connect on start-up - is there a problem with my settings?  Is there anything I can do to try and make it behave, or is it a problem their end?  I wish I was good at figuring stuff out....  Really want to download Rooster and Thom Yorke's new songs!

Never used limewire, but if you're on a network then you might want to check your router hasn't given you a new IP address so your port settings are wrong, although it should still connect.

Might just be them.

Yeah do what Ben says and also check the port is forwarded if this is the case as well.

Are you using Limewire Pro, because I think that's also supposed to be quicker?

I had a problem with Limewire a while back. Not really a techie solution but uninstall/reinstall worked for me!

Weird....  It seems to connect during the day but not at night.  Maybe it is a problem their end after all.  Cheers for the suggestions guys, I've had a look at the connectivity settings and it seems in order, though I'm a bit clueless...  I may try that reinstall if it persists.

What broadband do you have Walrus? I know some block/limit p2p download speeds at certain times, could be that?
