Anyone else suffer from this?

It's a right nightmare, even now when sat typing this my right leg is bouncing up and down like I have spare energy to burn or something, I do it without even realising in meetings at work, at home, everywhere.

It also affects my sleeping, my legs feel numb from the knee down when I am led in bed and I'll wake up when I suddenly appear to kick out at nothing

I then heard something on the news and started researching...

Restless Head Syndrome...that's a new one!

I'm seriously thinking of going to the quack about my leg, it does my nut in, I am incapable of sitting still.

My dad does this. If he's sat in a chair he just suddenly kicks out with one leg. I've never had a problem with it myself.
