Birdy/Yeovil (horse racing tips)

I have never been in a sauna with a jockey unfortunately.  I doubt they have much water as the point of the sauna is to lose excess water to shed pounds

Not heard a thing Whits but ive stopped backing horses.Looked through the cards and the naps and stuff and nothing really sticks out to me.Just for fun I'll put these selections but my horse tipping is wank so dont even think about it.(actually might be worth discounting all these to narrow the field )
