The wife's car has had this pop up on her car display. Basically the low tyre pressure warning has come up, tyre pressures are fine, I have reset the TPMS but the message comes back again. I have read that it may be related to an ABS module which is silly money. Anyone had their TPMS cause a problem? I'm hoping that it's down to a flat battery in one of the tpms sensors.

Could just be a dodgy sensory, surely?
Assume you've googled it for that make and model

There are two types of TPMS - if you’ve got in valve sensors then replacing it could fix it. If you’ve got externally assessed sensor it can be triggered by differ

Can be a dirty or faulty sensor or even going over a pothole or going up a kerb can missalign the sensor.
Usually an easy quick fix but at worst probably a new sensor which doesnt cost much and is pretty much plug and play with a couple of screws.

Can you run an OBD scan? Any fault codes?

It was an ABS sensor, packed up. I replaced it myself, a 20 quid part. Some cars have the tpms sensor inside the tyre connected to the tyre valve, and some run using the abs sensor.
