Is it actually 2am Sunday morning (Saturday night), or 2am Monday morning (Sunday night)?

Swindon town hall clock is stuck at 9 (am or pm) but it still strikes the right time.

The clock by the bus station has been stuck at a specific time. It stopped when Danny Wilson left STFC.
