My local is The Crumpled Horn over Eldene, its a lovley friendly place, last time i was in there a Woman slashed a blokes face with a Stanley Knife. :|

I know some people I know have drank in there for so many years.  Im not 100% sure what will happen yet but I remember them mentioning before that the land is so valuable for housing.

You're right though, they're disappearing by the minute.

Moloko is opposite a hotel yeah, nice place, good music especially on thursdays, just round the corner from the millenium stadiumand the station.

Apparently as soon as these landlords leave it will be turned into another house as they do not want to keep it open for much longer.  I think the land is owned by the council believe it or not!


The pool tables still only 50p though (which is very rare) and they've got some old skool football shirts. I really hope they don't move/demolish it. Its so convinient for a beer before going out into town.

Another fave of mine has to be the lava lounge (can't find a pick but check out lavalonge.co.uk)
