Cooper has no plans to train indoors

SWINDON Town manager Mark Cooper has no plans to relocate his training sessions to Cirencester’s indoor arena when the pitches at the club’s Liddington facility succumb to the imminent winter weather.

Looks like the pre-season friendly was in lieu of a payment for use of the facility, so no facility, no friendly. I remember seeing Steve Abbley destroy Preston in early season 81....thought he was going to be decent, but he just didn't have the physical strength for the grind.
