Ajose praises Town coaching staff

NICKY Ajose feels the Swindon Town coaching staff deserve more credit for the speed at which the Robins’ new-look squad has come together in 2013/14.

It seems to me that Ajose is doing everything he can to try and force the move to us.

I'm just hoping we can afford him, and if we can't that he doesn't burn his bridges if he goes back to Posh.

I think he'll still be a Town player come Feb...be that as an extended loan deal or a permanent deal, he's barely made an appearance for Posh so surely the pricetag can't be that out of reach!

Extending his loan to the end of the season would be the only hope I think. Not sure Peterborough would accept the same sort of sell on deals as Spurs.

We don't know how much they want for him and realistically, if Wes DOES go, then we will have a little more money at our disposal. Like I said earlier, they can't want a ridiculous amount for a player who has only made one league appearance for them in over two years!

Having said that, I'm not sure when his contract at Posh runs out..

It'll probably be one of those weird situations where he wants to go, they want him to go, and we want him, but he won'tbe able to come because their arbitrary (it has to be arbitrary- he's barely (never?) played for them) value of his worth doesn't meet ours.

Agreed, it's a deal to fuck everyone around....such as the life of a footballer/team/fans/ etc..
