Or Norwegian... I suppose Jens Stoltenberg has a bit more spare time on his hands now.

I'd vote Green as they are the closest to my beliefs and those I hold strongest but realise that unless British politics embraces the functionality of a coalition that isn't as inherently flawed as Conservative/Lib Dem then they're unlikely to have any real impact.

The biggest issue with politics at present is the politicians themselves. Nothing is worse than a career politician who has only ever been a career politician.

Please don't vote green and encourage them.

We have green local councillors and they are totally clueless middle class arseholes, our ward is made up of two distinct parts a sort of pseudo bohemian area and a council estate, as you can imagine they interact well with (and live in) the nice bit but have no policies or clue about the lives of well over 50% of their constituents.

As for who to vote for, no idea, they are all different shades of the centre ground, its the problem with politicians, it has become a career choice and thus you get clueless fools doing what the party tell them to.

Milliband, is the son of Polish Jews who escaped Nazi Germany...he went to his local London comp, where the likes of John Barnes, Joe Cole and Marlon Harewood attended. That not diverse enough for you?

No, because one bloke does not diversity make.

More importantly Tulisa attended the same school!

His background is more middle class academic parents and then Oxford - always interests me that Labour politicians keep their roots when they go to Oxbridge and tory ones apparently don't.

Trying to work out if that's an insult (as in I have my head up someone's arse) or a compliment...  Hmmm
It was neither.

I will always vote (well, submit a ballot paper), but it feels like a vote for anyone other than the big three is wasted and pointless, and those three parties have not proved themselves to be competent or trustworthy. I have no party bias, and in local elections often vote for a committed (but ultimately doomed) independent candidate.

We could really do with a complete overhaul of politics, but I can't see it happen without some kind of revolutionary movement - which won't happen.

Exactly, can see little change though. All brought into focus by the fuss about lobbying, to answer do we a) confirm that taking cash for lobbying is wrong and out those who have taken money etc or do we b) register the lobbyists - what a sham!
