Swindon Town sign teenage goalkeeper Tyrell Belford on a two-year deal following his release by Liverpool.

The Cooperman link is in play with this deal, Tyrell is the son of Tamworth manager/keeper Dale Belford and the grandson of Tamworth kit man Buster Belford and the cousin of Tamworth striker Kyle Perry. Tamworth being Coopers first managerial job between 2004-7
Does this mean that Cooper is allowed to bring in his own players?
