I like using the one on Gypsy Lane as you do it all yourself. It's about £4 in total to get enough time to do your pressure wash and rinse. If you want the inside done as well it's not so great but they do have vaccums there which normally cost no more than £2 by the time you've hoovered your car out.

Went to Asda west today and paid for the £12 inside and out clean. Very good and saved me about 2 hours.

I spent a good 4 hours on Sunday cleaning and polishing mine. Its bloody hard work but feels great when your finished and you step back and look at her gleaming. Pisses me off when the look only lasts  few days :-)

Just get a car so shit you don't care about washing it. Problem solved.

A car doesn't have to be shit not to care about it...it's just a car, as long as the engine works what's to worry about.

What do you wash them with? Rocks and wire wool?

There's also a wash and valet set up at Next Generation who do a good job for £10.   I've had it done a couple of times when the kids have been in their swimming lesson.  Apparently the best one is opposite BMW on the way to Greenbridge.  There always seems to be a fair amount of people sitting on the wall waiting, but I'd rather tie it in with shopping or swimming instead of hovering around waiting.

I need to go to Argos at Greenbridge, so I might leave it there and walk round this afternoon.
