Di Canio - Ferry substitution purely tactical

PAOLO Di Canio was keen to stress that his decision to substitute Simon Ferry early in the second-half of Saturday’s win over Accrington was purely a tactical one.

Good news, I was fearing the worst!

PDC understands Ferry's contribution to the team and knows that we would struggle without him. Also I think Ferry is a big enough man to take the criticism on the chin and knuckle down to correct whatever went wrong with his game.
