Kennedy backed to step up

PAOLO Di Canio has faith in Callum Kennedy to fill the hole left by Liam Ridehalgh after the left-back returned to Huddersfield earlier this week.

Would have said it was more of a mixed bag in terms of crosses. Some good ones, but two or three floated straight in to the keeper. Also got caught out a few times by their winger which put us under pressure. Still think he's a decent LB though, and wouldn't be in a rush to replace him.
