Because most managers have used him as the workhorse for the more natural scorers,hence he works his balls off but one season apart dosn't score enough.

Kerrouche and Connell both have high work rates and start defending high up the pitch, which is what BP used to do for us. Just because neither Kerrouche or Connel scored in the last match it is hardly a goalscoring crisis.

To be honest, am happy with our current strikeforce. Czech internation target man ? Check, High scoring Conference striker with high work rate and good feet ? Check, Algerian menace with pace, high work rate and a mean shot ? Check. Alot of league two teams would love to have our strike force.

Back in the day Paynter was our man. We have moved on and so has he.....hows Austin getting on perhaps we could get the pair of them back...!!! along with Douglas....moving on I think
