I definitely think there is something dodgy going on with Partizan Belgrade atm. Last week they lost away at Sevojno (3rd tier) in the cup and then they lost to Shamrock the other night. They should not be losing those games.

Because they know they are guilty and it would stop them being punished further if there were more matches found later.
