Think it was £1m+, part of the consortium's takeover funds to clear debts.

All I know for sure was that it was interest free...

I seem to recall it was just to help with the general cash flow, but I could be wrong. I believe it was documented in the accounts and there was some coverage of it when the accounts were published as it hadn't been mentioned before.
