I've said it all along!

You retards doesn't think you youth will cope with the step ut, well look at Will Evans vs. Southampton then. He didn't make a fool out of himself.

Don't throw them all in at once, but let them have some taste of first team football, and we will be thankful for it in the long run. If you're good, you're old enough. How can people know that a guy who hasn't been tried at the level isn't fit enough to be given a shot!

This proves my inner fantasies - Paul Bodin as manager for Swindon Town! Just look at the YTS results !

Wrong time and it could dent the confidence of the younger player's, I think had we been mid table then yes why not give them a run out but we are in to much of a precarious position to take chances.

I think he's been asked a question and can't say 'actually they aren't good enough and I'm doing a shit job'. The quotes don't say much more that 'it's up to the gaffer' the Adver have filled in the rest.

Ok. Lukas Jutkiewicz. Check. Ben Tozer. Check.

You don't just throw any youngster in for the sake of it.

What if Southampton didn't dare to let Oxlaide-Chamberlain have a go at the first time.

You never know before you've tried them at this level.

If their not up for hit, so sub them at half time. It's just as easy as that.

Don't think you're wrong in principle Norway about blooding young talent. Just not sure the time to do it is in the midst of a relegation battle. They will need time to learn as they go and be allowed to make the odd mistake initially. Don't think it would really help the team - or the youngsters themselves for that matter - at the moment. With someone like Flint it is a little different as he at least has played a bit of senior football and so will be more accustomed to the physicality etc.

Erm, all Bodin actually says in that article is that it has worked for one or two other clubs and it's up to Wilson if he wants to try it...
