The property market is really bad at the moment, had my gaff on the market for nearly 6 months and it has not sold, changed estate agents once, 3 bed good location close to local shops, schools, pubs in cul de sac in Abbey Meads but just not enough interest, if we don't sell in the next month or so then I expect we will take it off the market and look again next year sometime depending on the market

Our place (2 bed flat) was on the market 18 months, just exchanged now. Just got our mortgage offer for the new place, a 3 bed semi. Just had to wait our time, we felt like pulling the plug too.
