What get's me though is you ask how much the service will cost and get told £135 then you see things like Oil on there and these Calipers - so actually it is not £135, I'm no mechanic and know nothing about cars other than where the oil and water go but even I know that surely is not right.

Most mechanics when quoting for a service will only give the price of the labour. Consumables are nearly always added extras.

Yeah, the fixed price covers fixed amnount of work. Which is far as I can tell is top up windscreen washer bottle, change key fob battery, get YTS boy to jetwash the paint off the car and change the oil.

Yo'd have though Oil would be include in the quote. Thinking back to past bills it has always been listed separately at stupid price but I am sure the total still came to the quote total.

Anything extra is, well, extra.
