to answer my own question..
The football player Dumitru Copil (Child), who plays at UTA Arad (RO football team), borrowed from Gloria Arad (another RO football team) reached an agreement to perform for the english team Swindon Town for which he passed playing trials this march.

further research says he's 20,an attacking midfielder who signed to Hearts at 16 for £90,000 or £200,000 (im not sure which im finding conflicting information) but that didnt work out as he became home sick and went awol or somthing.He was on World Soccers list of 50 most exciting Teenagers in 2007 (behind Miley Cyrus and Ron Weasley)
