i aint clicked the link as i smell a rat.the above is exactly what i was sent.doesn't name me and it's too scetchy i think.plus i reckon they'd write to me if i was due a rebate,and i dont think i'm due anything.anyone else had this e-mail?

I have had many of these messages, claiming to be from various institutions
Ask yourself this.......
If they don't know your name (they never address you correctly), how will they know about your personal finances.
