What are your expectations for the next decade? Three way!

I hate it when people ask me shit like this, there's probably already a thread (oh no), but what are they?

For all the other TEF members themselves I'm predicting:

I'm guessing that one or two of the older members of the forum will die off, probably not from old age, but cancer and heart disease can be pretty bad.

The average age of the TEF membership seems to be going up, so many more births and marriages. If there's anybody left anyway. Good luck to those are expecting. Looking after my nephew a lot has made me realise that whilst I enjoy playing with kids, I wouldn't want one of my own. It's nice to be able to give them back at the end of the afternoon.

For the people in the middle I guess there's another child and divorce, mid-life crisis and drug abuse, such is things. Prison would be fun. More threads about how right wing you are is expected.

Not a lot of new young blood. Late-teenage Swindon fans can just join a facebook group now. No need to get involved in a nasty hostile forum.

For myself:

Not a lot. I'm sure something will come up. Contrary to the above, I'm actually quite upbeat. Might get a job I suppose. Might end up as a homeless heroin addict. It's these possibilities which keep life interesting. I do have a few plans, but then I always have.

Oh and to post more on here. I've got out the habit a bit unless I'm drunk. Need to make it the first place I sign into again.

For the forum itself

It will continue to be the most popular Swindon forum on the internet. The football sections will stay interesting enough, but the general discussion will turn more and more into the comment section of the Daily Mail's website.

It's understandable really. Football fans aren't particularly known for their enlightened views, I'm just surprised that the TEF had such a good run in it's first few years.
