Has just been confirmed above..after the resignation of Bungle later this afternoon.

As a side note my research has shown that the voice of Zippy was the same man who did the Daleks in Dr Who....Exterminaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate..Exterminaaaaaaaaaaaaaate.

I can't believe he has actually resigned. Pretty big deal seeing as its the first time in over 300 years that MP's have forced the Speaker of the House out of office. It's going to be a good while before Parliament recovers from all this shit that's been going on.
