The boy from Salisbury who did good with a number one hit in the sixties sadly died of cancer yesterday aged 65...later in life i believe he joined the police force in Swindon,he must have been very young when he got success...

Was in the police then i think he returned after his stint with stardom....ended up as a magistrate.
