Nolan, pedersen and kavanagh(?!) are all vastly overated. Nolan and pedesern had one good season, and have been living off it ever since

Kavanagh is an excellent player at the Championship/Lge 1 level and doesn't get the amount of credit he should and everytime we have played against him he has taken us apart.

Nolan and Pedersen, certainly the latter, are the most consistant performers in the Premiership, if you look at their appearances and game stats they are very similar year on year and are important players for their respective clubs and country. Perhaps you think Pedersen only had one good season because he chose to put Gamst on his shirt instead?

How have people listed Palacios as under rated when Man Utd have been publicly sniffing after him? surely that's pretty highly rated?

Over: Lampard, Ferdinand, Rooney
Under: None that I can think, we live in a period in time where most footballers are over hyped so even ths shit ones get rave reviews.  Gone are the days when a Gus Ceasar was a Gus Ceasar, even clubs own fans seem to get dragged into believing the hype these days.
