I think his comments are ridiculous. Hackney Marsh is nowhere near Leeds.

Okay so Mr Sugar isn't clued up on the playing fields of Leeds, but I think he made his point well enough.

If Administration means being thrown out of the league then we'd have gone bust years ago, so lets not be too keen on this.

I think Sugar is on about the fact Leeds spent millions upon millions and then just wiped the slate clean.  I don't think he's talking about the average "small" club that cannot pays smaller bills and end up in administration.

I could be wrong though.
