.....did my ears hear correctly yesterday through tannoy crackle, that Plowman and Annie have given up doing SAS travel.

   This would seem to be the worst news, amongst the welter of bad tidings emerging from the CG at the moment.

  Anyone who's ever used SAS will know how well organised and efficiently it is run.....anybody got a bit more detail on this?

This is purely speculation on my part, but could this be another example of people who have 'Swindon Town' running through them like a stick of rock being treated like shit by the club???

Yes Reg, they are off.

SAS is great, they'll be sadly missed by us Reeeves lads.

That said, I'm only a few (driving) hours away from test standard  Cool

I've only used it once. Leeds away in the cup (1st game).

They were absolutely supurb and I thank them for there efforts.

Paul Plowman has put years of support into the club.

He had a column in the late 80s in the programme. Hope he isnt jacking it all in.

His column started in the 70's, I've been reading some programmes from the late 70's and his "town through time" articles make interesting reading.  If you're bored at work.
