Just depends what their bandwidth capability is. If they've got say 24 meg broadband then they can probably upload at 5 - 6 meg. You find most people are right tight cunts though and limit their uploads to 10 kb/s because they think it affects their download speed (muppets).

My ISP throttles p2p and torrents anyway so mine never really get above 150 kb/s.

Get yourself in a private site where nobody hardly caps there upload...im not sure if these are open sign ups still..also you need to use a propper email addy. dont use hotmail or msn
