Good point. They were structuring it all up properly last we heard wasn't it? I'd forgotten about all that (or wanted to forget anyway). I presume we'd have heard if it wasn't all set up to a level that everybody accpeted? It might take a creditors meeting for all parties to agree. I can't remember what they were supposed to be sorting first. I'm right in remembering that they weren't going to pay it off all at once aren't I?

That's a fine example of a well structured non-rambling paragraph.

The club is on target to get the "killer debts" (CVA, and over £2m owed to the Revenue) cleared by 31st May and in fact will probably get them paid before then. Which has to be extremely welcome news for everyone who's watched in dread as these debts threaten our club's existence.

thanks Paul - I'm sure they'll announce it soon. I meant to ask about any news on sponsors yet as well.

Don't know. I'd guess they'll wait until the new kit launch and do it as a bit of a splash with that. And to pre-empt the obvious supplementary, no I don't have any news on the new kit launch

I expect they will still be on target for the May 31st deadline, they seem trustworthy enough!!!

I think they said to be TOTALLY clear of debt we may have to wait until the end of next season. My memory may of course be wrong!

Think you're right R4E. Remember we have the Bill Power issue yet to sort out amongst other things. It's great to see the CVA and the Tax bill paid though (fingers crossed) they were the two big threats.

Lets hope a nice statement is put out saying we are historically debt free!  Beers
