Should some idiot be foolish enough to address a client on an Email as "Dear (Client)". (Yep dumbass here forgot to replace "(Client)" with his name), then what would be the best course of action?

A quick Email saying whoops, sorry?, A quick call or leave it be as after all it is an easy mistake to make.
