I base this on years of great performances, and the fact that he's not hiding behind a great defence.

Shay Given is a superb goalkeeper - in my opinion the best in the premiership, as Chubbs said it is a shame he has always had such poor defences in front of him

Freidel was immense yesterday, shame Blackburn couldn't have held on for the win though as that would have made the next few weeks a bit more interesting at the top of the Premiership.

As Sutton said though, in a strange way I'm glad we're not in the Prem. I would probably get bored of moaning about plastic glory hunters! Championship footy would be nice though
